Villa near Como Lake
We have blended the house harmoniously into its surroundings without making it a bright spot in the landscape. Simple materials, smoothed shapes and natural tones were used for this purpose in harmony with the surrounding green areas.
The house is designed for seasonal stay. It has a master bedroom, 2 children's rooms, guest room, a spa area with a small kitchen, spacious living room kitchen, swimming pool and outdoor terraces in the yard and on the second tier. Each bedroom and child's room has its own bathroom.
All rooms in the house are bright due to the wide windows and panoramic glazing in some areas. It's a place where everyone can spend time together in a large group, and at the same time everyone can have privacy in their own part of the house.
The terrace was designed as a dining area with cozy armchairs and a wide table for outdoor dinners and parties. The exterior staircase has glass railings and soft lighting.
The aim of the design is the harmonization between residence and nature.
The natural location of the tree divides the house into 2 areas connected by a glass corridor and an outdoor space.
