Terracotta apartment
Panoramic windows in the apartment are decorated with light blinds. We chose stylish cone-shaped batteries in a light color. Each room has different lighting scenarios.
We installed tracking systems, chandeliers and lamps. Their light is neatly reflected in the glossy surfaces, creating interesting highlights. The apartment provides a lot of storage space for things, which makes it even more convenient.
Light tones connecting the walls and ceilings, bright furniture and glossy surfaces are continuous elements flowing between these spaces.
SNOБ
All main materials are chosen in nude color or wooden tones. Colorful highlights in bronze and black are carefully integrated by customized furniture or small textile.
The design is a canvas. The future owners of the apartment will be able to add their own items and decor to it. The monochrome beige background of the ceiling, walls, and marble floor are complemented by bright asymmetrical lamps, a rug, and cushions on the couch. The dressing room area was highlighted with a bright plaid print on the wall. The same pattern is repeated in the bathroom.
As it is a rental apartment, we chose quiet restrained colors. The design is simple and sophisticated. The project is quite versatile, moderately bright and clear. We used durable, hard-wearing materials to make sure the rental property would last as long as possible.
