HOUSE OF JADE RESTAURANT

The entrance to the restaurant is separated from the main area by minimalist clear partitions framed in wood, which gently guide guests inside. Natural wood is the protagonist of the interior: it permeates every zone — from massive tables and chairs to lacquered decorative panels and the bar counter.

The dominant feature of the first floor is a unique bar counter integrated with vintage audio equipment. Reel-to-reel tape recorders, speakers, and amplifiers framed by minimalist shelves of wine and beverages create the feeling of visiting a music collector's home.

This "audio bar" sets the tone for the entire space. The warm tones of the wood contrast with the smooth texture of the walls and the exposed concrete ceiling, striking a balance between coziness and an industrial edge.

The bar area features a long, angular counter and distinctive stools with metal legs. Above the bar counter hover striking white pendant lamps in the shape of discs, evoking retro-futuristic aesthetics. On the first floor, bright red chairs near the entrance group and red seat cushions along the wall create a bold color accent, breaking up the calm wooden palette.

An elegant curved staircase leads to the second floor, providing a striking contrast to the dark tiles and massive wooden finishing details. The second level is a space for quiet relaxation and gatherings. Tall, narrow windows with wooden blinds let in soft daylight, creating a play of shadows and textures on the walls.

Here, there is a seating area with emerald green seats, as well as an expressive art object on the wall — a textured tufted panel that adds tactile depth and artistic charm to the interior. Special attention is drawn to the lamp above the round table: its elegant twisted cord suspension and strict silhouette recall classic Scandinavian designs, adding a sense of intimacy to the space.

A heavy textile curtain made of dense fabric with a fine speckled pattern not only serves a functional role by separating the staircase and restroom area from the main hall of the second floor, but also becomes a striking tactile accent, softening the abundance of wooden surfaces. Minimal decor emphasizes conversation, and the seating is arranged so that the space remains open and breathable.

Lighting plays a key role in the atmosphere of "House of Jade." We utilized both soft, diffused light from pendant fixtures above the main tables and targeted accent lighting. The minimalist black spherical lamps positioned above the dining areas serve not only as accent lighting but also as an element of seclusion, creating an intimate atmosphere for each guest. The ceilings with exposed ventilation ducts highlight the industrial character, yet thanks to the warm glow of the lamps and the wooden flooring, the space remains incredibly cozy.

There is no plastic or ornate decor in the interior — only natural textures: porcelain stoneware, matte walls, steel, and warm types of wood. "House of Jade" is a place where authentic materials, a vintage soul, and modern comfort create that very feeling of a "livable" restaurant you want to return to again and again.
