Hotel complex on the coast
The building features curved facades made of monolithic concrete and glass. The smooth shapes emphasize a contemporary approach, while panoramic windows provide natural light and a visual connection to the landscape.
The project includes spacious balconies with vertical greenery that transform into "green oases," softening the industrial aesthetic. A flat roof with a terrace offers views of the surrounding scenery, and the entrance area is adorned with a curved concrete pathway leading to the grand portal.
The territory of the complex extends the architectural concept. It features zones for relaxation and communion with nature: an artificial pond with a fire pit at its center, surrounded by concrete slabs and low shrubs.
A pool with sun loungers and umbrellas is integrated into a green area filled with trees and ornamental plants. Arching white structures form a canopy over the relaxation area. Gray paving stones, minimalist furniture, and abundant greenery create an elegant space for events and informal gatherings.
The space is designed with a focus on comfort: panoramic glazing, open layouts, and neutral tones of finishing. Public areas include lounge zones with sofas, tables made of natural wood, and accent lighting.
The project takes into account sustainable development principles: "smart" energy-saving systems, the use of rainwater for irrigation of green areas, and local materials with a low carbon footprint.
This complex is an example of how modern architecture can be aesthetic, eco-friendly, and human-centered at the same time. Curved lines, the interplay of light and shadow, and the integration of water and greenery create an environment where every element contributes to harmony.
The space invites life in the rhythm of the metropolis without losing its connection to nature, becoming a symbol of a progressive approach to urbanism.
