Vertical greenery integrated into the geometric grid softens the industrial aesthetic and improves the microclimate. Water mirrors at the base reflect the architectural forms, adding dynamism and visual depth.
The territory of the complex is designed as an extension of the architectural philosophy: winding paths framed by trees and shrubs lead to entrance areas and relaxation zones, while hidden parking lots behind hedges maintain aesthetics and reduce urban noise.
