Constructivist Hotel Complex

The spatial and volumetric concept consists of several detached buildings with restrained geometry. They are united by a common glazed area, which serves as the main planning axis. This structure provides panoramic views of the surroundings from any point within the complex, while also allowing for the creation of intimate recreation areas within the perimeter.

The openness of the ground level is achieved through a direct connection between the interior spaces and the landscape: living rooms open onto terraces, and recreational areas seamlessly merge into the garden and park zone and the space surrounding the pool.

Vertical wooden slats have been chosen as a key element of the façade finishing. This sun-shading and screening layer serves several purposes at once: it breaks down the scale of the building, ensures guest room privacy, and acts as a tool for working with light.

The rhythmic pattern of the lamellas creates a dynamic play of shadows, which is particularly valuable in the conditions of the variable northern light.

The materials have been selected to blend visually with the natural surroundings. A calm color palette, tactile surfaces, and an abundance of wood in the finishes balance the transparency of the glass walls.

The architectural image is built on balance, coziness, and the absence of dominant elements. The space is designed as a backdrop for slow living, where people and nature remain the only true protagonists.
