The strict and concise facade of the 1247 m² house located in the Barvikha settlement features precise geometry with a clear design. It has two floors, and the facade is predominantly made of light stone.

Additionally, there is a rectangular pool in the courtyard surrounded by lawns and white stone. A garage for cars is provided, designed in line with the overall style and materials.

On the first floor, there is a terrace equipped with loungers and a soft outdoor relaxation area. Natural lighting is maximized throughout: the geometric skylights on the terrace contribute to the overall architectural integrity of the project.

All elements of the project are combined into a harmonious composition that blends strict aesthetics, modern functionality, and comfort for residents.

The building with a flat roof is adorned with panoramic windows, allowing for maximum natural light utilization.
